Is Juicing safe to do while working out?

Yes, When beginning a juice cleanse, its important to drink six juices a day. You may have to up your juice intake to nine juices a day. It's essential to listen to your body and what it needs. If you plan on doing cardio or resistance training, consider adding at least 15-17 grams of a plant-based protein. My favorite protein is Hemp powder, but any will do.Do listen to your body always, and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Just adding a juice in your day to day is good.

What's the best juice for pre-workout?

Our beet pine research has shown that beets have a specific nutrient that can help to promote oxygen uptake by muscles. Beets are also a source of electrolytes (potassium and some sodium).

What shouldn't I do during a

cleanse?

Muscle Building Workouts unless you plan on taking or eating a protein while cleansing.
Long or impact workouts, talking a pleasant stroll is excellent, but you still want to rest.

Do I have to workout during a cleanse?

No of course not. Even without exercise your body will cleanse itself.
